Information We Collect:
When you interact with us through the Services, we collect Personal Data and other information from Job Posters, Teens and others as described below:
Personal Data That You Provide Through the Site: We collect information that, alone or in combination could be used to identify you (“Personal Data”) when you provide such information, such as when you join the Service to post or apply for a job, or when you post comments on our website. For example, when you register for an account, we collect your:
• First and last name;
• Email address;
• Phone number;
• Date of birth;
• Zip code;
References from your past employer;
Payment information; and
Bank account information (We use a third party payment processor, we do not store payment information or bank account information in our systems).
Aggregated Personal Data: We may aggregate data, including Personal Data, and use such aggregated data for any purpose. This aggregate information does not identify you personally.
Passively Collected Data: When you interact with us through the Services, we receive and store certain data automatically, such as your IP address, location data, device IDs, and information from cookies as described below.
In operating our Services, we and third parties that provide certain functionality to the Services may use a technology called “cookies.” A cookie is a piece of information that the computer that hosts our Services gives to your browser when you access the Site. We use your information to
Provide the TeenJobFind Services: When you create an account on the Services, we share your Personal Data with Job Posters and Teens in order to connect you. This information may include the neighborhood where you live, the type of jobs you are seeking and certain other information necessary for the job.
Verify Identity: We collect information about Job Posters and Teens, including job references, criminal background checks, and consent or approval from a Teen’s parent.
Communicate with you: TeenJobFind and its affiliates may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, each promotional communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receiving future promotional information. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that we will continue to contact you via email to respond to requests and provide our Services.
Improve the TeenJobFind Services: We may store passively collected data in our databases or our affiliates, agents or service providers may collect and store this information on our behalf. We may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Services, the number of visitors to each page of our website, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers.
Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information:
We may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be transferred to a successor or affiliate alone or as part of that transaction along with other assets.
Vendors and Service Providers: We engage third party vendors and service providers to perform certain functions on our behalf.
Legal Requirements: TeenJobFind may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of TeenJobFind, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.
TeenJobFind is a service for teens aged 13 and above. TeenJobFind does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to TeenJobFind through our Services, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will delete that information from our databases.

Through our Services, you can choose to sign in using certain social media websites and services that are owned and/or controlled by third parties (including, without limitation, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Spotify and YouTube) (such websites and services, collectively, the “Social Media Services”). When you elect to access and use the Social Media Services, you will be sharing your information (which will include Personal Data if you elect to share such information) with those Social Media Services. The information that you share with the Social Media Services will be governed by the privacy policies and terms of service of the providers of such Social Media Services and not by the policies and procedures we describe here.
We take reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us.
